SCVT Double column cnc single tool holder vertical
lathe machine series 280、350、400
This series of machines used in hard alloy and ceramic cutting tool, it is processing for the black metals and some non-metallic parts within the outer cylinder inside and outside, the cone surface, face, groove, boring and rotary surface coarse fine turning.
Machine tool main drive, driven by a DC motor through two spindle speed change mechanism, realizes the workbench’s speed range.
The machine is connected by left and right column, connect beam, beam, workbench base etc parts, it has strong rigidity structure, high load bearing, beam clamping mechanism hydraulic locking device for multiple station, it has stable and reliable work.
Machine feed tool post using the cnc single tool holder structure. Machine tool rest slide motion level X axis, vertical ram moving Z axis. Both two axis adopt servo motor drive, through the high precision ball screw transmission ratio gear set, realize the tool rest feeding and rapid moving.
Workbench use thermal symmetric structure. Workbench main shaft adopt high precision adjustable double row short cylindrical roller bearing radial clearance centering. Axial using constant current static pressure guide rail, and device with the oil temperature, make workbench has high rotating accuracy, large bearing capacity , and small thermal deformation.
Vertical tool rest horizontal guide rail has static pressure unloading guide, skid composite guide rail, sliding guide rail. vertical ram movement is sliding guide rail.
