CVT12580-2R CNC vertical lathe is our new design of the 1250 specifications of the lathe. With the economy, high efficiency, energy saving, It is good for complex plate, auto wheel, motor, shells and short shaft parts processing. The machine can complete all kinds of circular arc and axisymmetrical inner and outer surface, end surface, groove parts processing. It adopts single axis, double tool rest structure (the both tool rest use cnc type octagon ram and equipped with 8 station tool changer), workpiece clamping using three jaw hydraulic chuck. Key parts such as tool post, chuck, ball screw, linear guide with domestic and foreign well-known manufacturers of products, to ensure that the machine has the characteristics of high rigidity, high precision, high reliability. The machine main parts made by the spindle, base, beams and too rest, and so on. It is good choose for the Auto parts processing.
