1.Each side has one single spindle unit and HIWIN linear rail slide table to complete finish drilling and milling process.

2.One-time clamping, can place 2pcs workpiece, to complete complete drilling, milling process, it can use for heavy-duty cutting too.

Product Structure

•High rigid structure, pentahedron milling machine one time complete to finish the base processing, to ensure the concentricity of the two spindle units, has the performance of the best stability.

•Suitable for medium and large quantities of copper, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, steel parts which need both sides at the same time processing

•High Quality Mihanna Castings, the structure of finite element analysis, to achieve the best stability

•X, Y axis are used Taiwan HIWIN precision class large diameter screw Rod, and to be appropriately pre-pressed, the tail using pre-pull design.
